Care with Compassion was founded from a deep passion for helping others feel safe, respected, and valued in their own homes. With over 18 years of experience in the developmental services (D.S.W.) sector, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals with dignity and respect.
My journey became even more meaningful after witnessing firsthand the level of care, coordination, and advocacy required to support my Aunt Eva, who is bed-bound. That experience deeply impacted me and inspired me to further my skills by pursuing my Personal Support Worker (P.S.W.) certification.
